Layout and Flow
Imagine your daily routine in the space. Is the floor plan functional for your lifestyle? Are rooms connected in a way that feels natural, or do you notice awkward transitions?
Signs of Maintenance (or Neglect)
Look past the staging to spot signs of regular upkeep—or lack thereof. Check for water stains, cracks in the walls, or uneven floors. Open cabinets and closets to inspect plumbing and storage.
